<h3>If you already exercise and find you’re approaching your daily workout with excessive fatigue and lack of motivation, see your doctor and have your iron level checked.</h3>
<p>Your doctor can do a blood test called a ferreting level which measures your body’s stores of iron. Aerobic exercise can cause slow depletion of iron levels with iron being lost through sweating and through leakage of small amounts into the gut with sustained movements. Plus, it’s not uncommon for women of child bearing age to be iron deficient. If you’re iron deficient, iron supplementation may make all the difference in your energy levels and your attitude towards exercise.</p>
<h3>Too tired to exercise: Exercise when you awaken in the morning</h3>
<p>If you feel tired and less motivated to exercise in the evening, try setting your alarm thirty minutes early and get your exercise session out of the way before the day starts. An early morning exercise session can help to energize and motivate you for the rest of the day. Plus, you can look forward to an evening of relaxation knowing you’ve accomplished your goal. This can be a simple solution to the problem of being too tired to work out.</p>
<h3>Too tired to exercise: Do it anyway</h3>
<p>Sometimes the best cure for fatigue is a vigorous exercise session. Have you ever noticed how you can walk into the health club exhausted but after thirty minutes of motion you feel energized and invigorated? There’s nothing like exercise to get your blood flowing and zap fatigue. If it’s difficult for you to get motivated to make that trip to the club, promise yourself a small reward after you finish your session if you follow through. Just make sure it’s not a jelly donut!</p>
<h3>Too tired to exercise: Lighten up your workout</h3>
<p>On nights that you’re too tired to work out, follow a lighter, less rigorous routine. To motivate yourself to take the first step, tell yourself you’ll only exercise for ten minutes. After ten minutes have elapsed chances are you’ll feel so invigorated that you’ll want to keep going.</p>
<h3>Too tired to exercise: Change your exercise format</h3>
<p>If you feel fatigued with a lack of motivation towards exercise on a particular evening, change your workout entirely and substitute something fun. Instead of walking thirty minutes on the treadmill at the club, take your dog for a brisk walk or do thirty minutes of stretches while you watch your favorite T.V. show. You can get back on schedule the next time you exercise and the variety will be good for you both physically and mentally.</p>
<p>Give these tips a try and soon you’ll no longer need the old excuse of being too tired to work out. Plus, you’ll look and feel like a new person.

<p>We are not talking here about little slipups where you ate a slice of pie that was not on the plan, but big mistakes that lead to failure to lose the weight that you want to lose. Understanding these errors can help you develop the attitude that will lead to permanent weight loss for you.</p>
<h4>1. The All Or Nothing Attitude</h4>
<p>All or nothing dieters will often pick out a complicated diet that is almost impossible for them to maintain. Before beginning, they will search the kitchen for anything that does not fit the plan and throw it in the garbage. They are planning to be the perfect dieter, and so they will be, for one day, three days, seven days or even a couple of weeks. Then, inevitably, something happens that means they cannot keep to the diet one time. Immediately the whole thing is ruined in their eyes and the diet is over. They go to the store and buy all the things that went into the garbage last week and proceed to gain back all the weight that they lost, as fast as possible.</p>
<p>If you are this kind of dieter you need to ask yourself some tough questions. Do you really want to lose weight permanently, or just lose a few pounds so that you can enjoy putting them back on again?</p>
<h3>The way forward is to make small changes to what you eat so that you have a slow but steady weight loss.</h3>
<h4>2. The Attitude of Sacrifice</h4>
<p>Another common mistake is to view your diet as a period of sacrifice. You do not allow yourself the foods that you enjoy most while you are on your way to your target weight. You may have a great diet plan and be very successful in <a href="http://uteschaedler.yorgoopress.com/losingweight" style=""   onmouseover="self.status='Losing Weight Without Starving Yourself';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">losing weight</a>, but what happens when you reach your goal? You have not learnt to eat &#8216;bad foods&#8217; in moderation so as soon as you start, you are likely to go out of control. <h4>3. Goal Failure</h4>
<p>Setting achievable goals is vital in any weight loss plan. Goals should be clear, realistic and set out in writing. While you probably do have an ideal weight in your mind, unless you are only very slightly overweight it is probably too distant to be useful. A more useful goal would be to lose two pounds per week for the first five weeks and then one pound per week after that. Some weeks you will lose more and some less, some weeks you may even gain, but if you track your progress on a graph you will see that ups and downs are natural and do not stop you progressing steadily toward your major goal.</p>
<p>If you have been making these mistakes, do not worry. The most important point in dieting as in so many other things is to move on. Learn from your failures as well as your success and do not use a mistake as an excuse for giving up. The only way to achieve your goal permanently is to make a commitment to become a healthier person. Remember that eating normally includes eating more some days and less others. Learn to enjoy food in moderation and you have every chance of avoiding these bad diet mistakes.

<h3>Your heart and food</h3>
<p>We know these things for sure &#8211; a diet high in saturated fats will help raise your cholesterol, which is a risk factor for heart disease.  People that are obese are more prone to heart disease. A diet high in sodium may elevate your blood pressure, leading to inflammation and even heart disease.</p>
<h3>To help prevent heart disease and improve your health, put the tips below to good use.</h3>
<h4>Eat plenty of fish</h4>
<p>Herring, sardines, and salmon are all excellent sources of Omega 3 essential fatty acids. Other fish are great to, although Omega 3 may help to get your cholesterol down to a healthier level.</p>
<h4>Choosing healthy fats and oils</h4>
<p>Saturated fat will increase the risk of heart disease. It&#8217;s found in meat, butter, and even coconut oil.  You should avoid them until your cholesterol levels are down and you are at a healthy weight.  Even those that love red meats can enjoy seafood and nuts for their main sources of protein.<br />
Monounsaturated fats such as olive oils will help you to protect your heart. Olive oil is an ideal choice for cooking, dressing, or even as a dipping sauce.</p>
<h4>Plenty of fiber</h4>
<p>Fiber can help you control your cholesterol. You can find fiber in whole grain products to help control sugar absorption as well, which will helpyou keep your digestive system healthy.</p>
<h4>Choosing carbohydrates</h4>
<p>Eating for your heart involves staying away from sugary foods such as candy, cookies, cakes, and pastries. Eating a lot of sugar isn&#8217;t good for your heart disease at all.
